All our products are prepared and shipped from our central warehouse in the province of Verona, Italy. This ensures maximum stock availability and the most efficient service for our customers. Miminum order value is 40€ for EU countries, 50CHF for Switzerland.
Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 working days (working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) with DHL.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information. You can follow the link to track your order as it arrives.
Please note that the tracking information will activate within 24 hours after the order has been handed over to the courier.
Average transit times vary depending on the country of destination:
2-3 working days: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Spain
4-6 working days: Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland

The delivery of the products you have purchased will be made by a specifically appointed courier to the address indicated by you. Please provide a telephone number so that the courier can contact you for delivery.
Montura Store Srl takes care in packaging its products. If, at the time of delivery, the parcel appears damaged on the outside or broken, please affix the following statement on the Transport Document, together with your signature and that of the courier: "I accept the parcel(s) subject to verification because it is damaged".
If the courier refuses to let you affix the “subject to verification” note, reject the shipment immediately.
